Solid release from Liquid V during the classic Liquid Funk period. There are 2 stand out tracks for me; Random Movements' 'Police State', is a slick, deep but some what restrained roller. But the star is Utah Jazzs' 'Runaway' which is a real grower, with superb vocals, crisp breaks, and some serious Funky summer vibes. Outstanding.
